Our Mission

At Lively Hearts, we believe every person deserves a second chance. Our mission is to uplift, empower, and support individuals and families—including men, women, youth, and seniors—who are experiencing homelessness, re-entry after incarceration, or other hardships.

Through faith-centered programs, job training, transitional housing, youth mentorship, senior support, and community outreach, we strive to restore hope and help rebuild lives one heart at a time.

    We support families facing hardship with parenting guidance, advocacy, and essential resources to help build strong, stable homes; Includes senior nutrition support through our Golden Hearts program.

    Through mentorship, skill-building, and outreach, we guide at-risk youth toward brighter futures filled with purpose and hope.

  • Workforce Readiness


    We prepare individuals re-entering society with job readiness, mentorship, and life skills training that restore confidence and independence.

    We are working toward expanding into housing partnerships to help individuals and families in crisis find safe shelter.
